On the Second Saturday of every month Artscope's cottage is a hub for creativity for all ages! This is a perfect time for those seeking a mindful pause, a creative outing, or an immersive art experience in the heart of Tower Grove Park.

Kids (kindergarten through 5th grade) can explore materials at their own pace. Supported by a teaching artist Kid's Open Studio encourages curiosity, imagination, and hands-on learning in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Second Saturday Adult Workshop

These classes focus on skill-building, experimentation, and self-expression. Sessions include a wide variety of media and techniques including:

• Plein air painting and watercolor

• Fiber arts

• Clay

• Printmaking

• Mixed-media projects and more!

​This series is designed to be family-friendly by offering concurrent sessions for children and adults, so it is easy for families to create and explore..

All materials are provided, so participants can focus on learning and having fun, whether trying a new medium for the first time or deepening an existing practice.​
