School's Out Camp Create

Planning around your child's days off school can be a challenge! School's Out is designed to fill the gaps in your holiday scheduling and provide creative, art-filled camps for children ages 5 - 12 years old. Camp runs 9:00a - 3:00p and is designed to be flexible to fit parents' needs; sign your child up for one day or the whole camp! Each day will have a different theme, so whether a camper drops in for a day or stays for a week, there's tons of fun to be had!

Art Parties

Artscope’s Cottage is a fun and unique place to host your child’s birthday party. Or any celebration for your child and their group of friends! And its not just kids who can have a party at Artscope--grab your besties and plan a fun evening out with our artists!

Parties are 90 minutes long for up to 10 people; they include a teaching artist, a 60 minute make-and-take art project chosen from our menu of options, and 30 minutes built in for cake, ice cream and presents. For grown up parties, we offer the same deal--but feel free to bring your own grow up beverages!

Participants must currently be enrolled in kindergarten through age 101.

Artscope is proud to offer local schools an artist-in-residence, providing much-needed access to arts education for students who may not otherwise benefit from the creative and life skills that are developed through art-making.

If you are interested in embedding one of Artscope’s skilled, professional teaching artists in your school to provide high-quality arts learning to your students, please contact info@artscopestl.org We’d love to start a conversation with you.

School and Community Program Partnerships

Artscope is mobile! Not only do we provide arts learning in our Tower Grove Cottage, we also partner with local schools and community organizations to bring the art to where you are! Some of our recent programs include adult crafting workshops, before school arts enrichment, pop-up art classes, and neighborhood mural projects.

Community is a core value at Artscope, and we value the opportunity to partner with like-minded organizations to increase access to artistic experiences for all St. Louisians. Contact us at info@artscoplestl.org to get the conversations started!

Financial Assistance

Providing increased access to the arts for children is integral to Artscope’s mission, and we seek to provide up to 20% of our Summer Camp Create participants with scholarship support so children of all backgrounds may attend.

Our scholarships are need-based, and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. A family may request up to two weeks of scholarship support per child each summer. Scholarships must be requested by the parent or legal guardian of the participants. Families with multiple siblings are welcome to apply.
