Presenting:
3rd Saturdays at Artscope
Creative Mornings for Families, Friends and Kids.
Spend a 3rd Saturday mornings in October, November and December making art at the cottage in Tower Grove Park. Choose an artist-led workshop for adults and teens, or Kids’ Open Studio for children in grades K–5. Come on your own, bring a friend, or book both for a family morning.
Artist-led workshops for adults and teens
Each session introduces a different artist, material, or technique. Learn directly from the artist, try something with your hands, and make work that reflects your own choices. Beginners are welcome.
Kids’ Open Studio
This supervised art session gives children time to explore with Artscope teaching artists. Across the series, kids encounter nature-inspired activities and a changing mix of clay, paint, drawing, fiber, cardboard construction, and more. Teaching artists introduce skills and support each child as they try them at their own pace. It’s also a great introduction to Artscope’s camp experience.

Why 3rd Saturdays?
Artscope has long been a place for kids to learn and create. Now we’re bringing back workshops for adults and teens, taught by expert artists who can share skills you may not have the chance to learn elsewhere.
It means people of different ages can spend a Saturday making art under one roof: kids in their own guided Open Studio, and adults and teens learning directly from artists in a separate workshop. Come on your own, bring a friend, or make it a morning with family.
